People Pack - Fun at the Beach gives a little less than similar sets
Below average
#142 of 199 City sets under 200 pieces
Fifteen minifigures, about three times the usual rate for a City set under 200 pieces, and a 4.1 rating from 288 builders are this beach pack’s appeal. But it gives about 31 pieces per $10 against a typical 57, far less plastic per dollar (estimated from the parts list), and at $39.99 it costs about twice what similar contents usually do, so it’s below average unless minifigures are what you’re after.
